On the eve of my retirement, I launched my own startup by creating a drink based on fermented tea (kombucha) under the "KOMBUSTACHE" brand, in order to offer an organic, sparkling and alcohol-free drink, in a premium version in a bottle of champagne.
Trained as an engineer, I had various jobs in retail and industry, to end my career as CEO of a cosmetics company.
