Our flours are all made from 100% rice. The mixing ratio of the different types of rice and the degree of grinding differ in the three rice flour mixtures, which accounts for the different baking properties of the flours. Whether bread, pizza, biscuits or sponge cake - KOMEKO has the right flour for all needs. As a wheat alternative, the flours can be used in most recipes 1:1 instead of wheat flour. This makes switching to gluten-free or wheat-free recipes child's play.
