Our adventure started back in 2015 when KOMRADS was founded with one sole purpose: creating a truly sustainable sneaker brand rooted in current culture, embracing the now but with huge respect to the heritage of our product and the planet we live on.
We produce with respect for people and nature. But we want to go further, where no brand has gone before!
1. All our sneakers are produced in Europe (Portugal) under EU working conditions
2. All our sneakers are made from recycled and reused materials
3. We work with a sheltered workplace to ship our Komrads to the consumer
4. We are setting up a circular model convincing the consumer to send the sneakers back to us so we can shred and reuse them in our production process.
That's why we are Truly Sustainable!
