Ethically sourced from the best sustainable farms in Thailand and harnessing solar energy, the fruits are dehydrated into either freeze dried (banana, durian, jackfruit, mango, mangosteen, pineapple) or gently dried varieties (red dragon fruit, Thai banana, mango).
