Welcome to the world of Kosmos, where each plant tells a story of transformation, perseverance, and harmony with nature.
We are Amandine and Charlotte, founders of Kosmos, our business was born from a shared desire to change direction towards a life that fully resonates with our most cherished values. In 2019, after going through periods of reflection and personal challenges, we chose to leave our consulting jobs to embrace the call of the land.
Our journey took us to the generous lands of Landes, in Brassempouy, where we established our farm specializing in the cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants and small red fruits, all in organic farming (AB). With patience and dedication, we renovated an old building to house our residence, our processing laboratory, and our dryer.
At Kosmos, you will find quality plants and fruits, in infusions, jams and broths. Everything is grown, harvested and processed on site. We offer high-end products, thanks in particular to our bagging machine, allowing us to offer infusions in sachets, fully compostable, without glue and without over-packaging.
Regarding our jams, our strawberries are a mixture of three varieties: Mara des bois, Charlotte and Ciflorette. All our strawberries are used only for our jams, so we select the most beautiful ones in order to offer excellent jams.
They are then cooked in copper basins in order to preserve all the subtlety of the flavors.
