The idea for KOUL was born in 2019 from Khadija's desire to reveal her mother's know-how and passion for making Oran Makrouds (Oran is the 2nd largest city in Algeria). KOUL is a family business that offers delicious Algerian Makrouds with a 100% secret recipe. It is a mother-daughter project which aims to shake up the North African pastry market by taking it out of the clichés on the Maghreb.
