Tomatoes vary in appearance, taste and size. Some are oblong, some small and other big. Cherry tomatoes are sweet and can be eaten as sweets while other varieties are bitter with solid meat. The many varieties provide different experiences of sweetness, acidity, meatiness and juiciness. They add great opportunities to gastronomy because tomatoes are pure umami bombs. And then they are low in calories and fat, contain antioxidants and vitamins. On this poster 36 tasty varieties have been carefully selected by Lene Tvedegaard, owner of Gartneri Toftegaard. The illustrations are made by Anne Hviid Nicolaisen.
