Simple letterpress (letterpress) card, size A5, printed on thick paper on an old semi-automatic platen press from 1960 in France. Typographic printing gives a slight relief on the paper that you can feel when you stroke the paper. The paper is made of 100% FSC 350g / m2 certified wood pulp. This paper has a fine grain, suitable for writing. It is biodegradable and recyclable. Ivory color. The back of the card is blank and comes with a speckled kraft envelope, 100% recycled, with an explanatory sheet on letterpress printing and in a transparent bag. Letterpress printing is the most artisanal printing system (in large quantities). It requires know-how that is transmitted from word of mouth because machines are no longer manufactured and are transmitted from passionate to passionate. The inks are mixed by hand, each color is printed separately and requires many adjustments to achieve the perfect result.
