KYOCERA Maxi adjustable slicer

With the maxi variant of the acclaimed adjustable mandoline you can slice fruit and vegetables on an even larger surface. To adjust, simply rotate the spacer pin on the back to obtain the desired thickness: 0.5mm, 1.3mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm. The Kyocera design allows for precise control when cutting on flat surfaces or containers. The two notches can easily hook into bowls of different sizes. The gently curved design and angled blade provide balance and leverage for quick, easy cutting. The finger guard, supplied with the slicer, will allow you to safely slice the last pieces of food.
