Cuvee Pure

Cuvée Pûr: pure pear bubbles. We already find traces in the Middle Ages of fermented drinks made from pears. Worked with great parsimony, our Pûr perry is exclusively composed of varieties of sour pears, which are particularly delicate to work with. Its crystalline color, its finesse of bubbles, its floral and airy nose inspires an unparalleled purity. Slightly tangy, it brings fruitiness and freshness while remaining very light in alcohol (2% vol). You will serve it chilled in a flute. When festivity rhymes with lightness!
