Red beans and beets set the tone for this hummus full of sweetness subtly enhanced with a touch of balsamic vinegar, a dash of lemon, chili pepper and cumin. We pre-soak our legume seeds before cooking to facilitate the absorption of vitamins and minerals. We use a High Pressure preservation process, respectful of taste, vitamins and minerals and guaranteeing the use of real, simple and natural ingredients, without colorings or preservatives, exactly like in your own kitchen...
