Very sesame hummus 150g

“Brut”, this hummus is only so because of its composition with only 5 ingredients, ultra-rich in sesame puree and without oil, for a recipe as close as possible to Levantine traditions. It is above all a great creamy drink with a very “dipping” character, into which all the spoons will want to dive. HASprovided of course that you first pronounce the magic word: “Very sesame, open up!” ". We pre-soak our legume seeds before cooking to facilitate the absorption of vitamins and minerals. We use a High Pressure preservation process, respectful of taste, vitamins and minerals and guaranteeing the use of real, simple and natural ingredients, without colorings or preservatives, exactly like in your own kitchen...
