La Belle is a small artisanal business based in Thenon, in the Dordogne, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, where I set up my food processing lab.
As an artisan preserver and biscuit maker, I cook organic, seasonal ingredients for you and work with local partners as much as possible.
I offer you original culinary creations, exclusively vegetarian and gluten-free (certified flours).

NB: Being a very small artisanal business, although I only use organic ingredients, I cannot afford the AB label.
Unfortunately, it's always those who do things right who have to justify themselves and pay, while it's those who pollute our planet and destroy our health who should pay and disclose the chemical treatments they use!
