If our Imperial Stout is a dark beer with a strong character, it also has the sweetness of a summer night. The fermentation of highly roasted malts naturally gives it notes of cocoa and coffee in a consensus of strength and roundness in the mouth. Hops subtly creep into the background to ennoble the dominance of cereal flavors.
