American Pale Ale with a coppery body where the aromas of hops from the islands of the southern hemisphere coat the flavors of malted cereals. The cold infusion of hop flowers throughout the aging period allows their delicate, controlled and refreshing bitterness to be fully expressed, with floral notes that tend towards citrus.
