It is not for nothing that Aveyron is one of the emblematic regions of sausage! Dried slowly between 3 to 5 weeks in our cellars, it is made from 100% fresh meat from France and without coloring, stuffed into a natural pork casing and tied with string, which gives it an authentic artisanal production. This product is subject to desiccation.
