Feel the power of the chilli with our extra-strong homemade dry chorizo! Succumb to the delight of the authentic terroir combined with the strong spices of the South-West of France. It is not for nothing that Aveyron is one of the emblematic regions of sausage! Dried slowly between 3 to 5 weeks in our cellars, it is made from 100% fresh meat from France and without coloring, stuffed into a natural pork casing and tied with string, which gives it an authentic artisanal production. This product is subject to desiccation.
