Taste our Pure Pork petit bridé dry sausage of superior quality, certified IGP Ardèche. The slow drying of our sausage (between 4 to 6 weeks) allows it to develop its natural flower, the signature of a true artisanal sausage. Grey-green in color, this thin film on the skin of the sausage is an edible mold like mold in cheeses such as Roquefort. This product is subject to desiccation.
