Our brewery has existed since 2012 in the high country of Nice in the heart of the Comte de Nice.
The particularity of our brewery is its geographical location in the mountains at the gates of Mercantour, in St Martin Vésubie (1000 m altitude), where we benefit from perfect natural spring water, taste and PH, for the brewing of our beers making them unique and inimitable.
Since the storm Alex which completely destroyed our brewery on October 2, 2020, we have rebuilt a new 1380m2 brewery which has been in operation since July 2022 and which can produce 15,000 liters each week
Strongly attached to our heritage, passionate about brewing, our team is currently made up of 19 people.
Our values: our Azuréenne & Nissarde identity, the mountains, nature, outdoor sports, the traditions of the County of Nice (culinary and cultural) and organic.
We benefit from a passionate and very active community around us with more than 19,000 Facebook subscribers and 8,930 on Instagram who support us enormously. Côte d'Azur consumers have made our beer their own and we receive daily videos and photos of our products on our social networks, they are passionate about our brewery!
The beers we offer are made in the tradition of artisan brewers, without coloring, without filtration and without pasteurization, i.e. a 100% Natural and 100% ORGANIC beer made with a lot of passion with the fabulous Mercantour spring water!
