Mercantour's fresh hop beer is a harvest beer, meaning that the hop flowers are used just after picking, without being dried or packaged. In terms of taste, it is a base of our blonde but with neutral yeast. The tastes tend towards a herbaceous/fresh/tea side... This unique beer with more subtle aromas allows the vegetal scent and freshness of the plant to be revealed, coming directly from our hop farm in St Martin Vésubie. Artisan and regional beer from Saint Martin Vésubie, 100% organic and brewed with water from the Massifs du Mercantour. Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer, therefore a slight haze may form.
