Top-fermented Pale Ale beer. The use of aromatic hops gives it floral notes and exotic flavors. Delicate with its pretty golden reflections, it reveals a beautiful bitterness on the finish. Artisan and regional beer from Saint Martin Vésubie, 100% organic and brewed with water from the Massifs du Mercantour. Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer, therefore a slight haze may form.
