💭The idea of creating a brewery was still distant when we brewed our first beer during confinement in April 2020.🏘️
With a passion for brewing, we immersed ourselves in the brewing world.🌾
Our meetings with different brewers in the region and an internship in a Parisian brewery gave us the idea of creating our own brewery.🤝
📍Originally from the street in the old town leading to the brick kiln, we wanted to be connected to our sources and promote our local heritage.⚜️
✍️The choice of name then seemed obvious, so we marketed our first beers at the end of 2021 under the name of the brick oven brewery. 🛕
📈The increase in the number of sales allowed us to invest at the end of 2022 to develop our production capacity, multiplying it by 20!🍻
