Hops 0.0° - Sabro/Lime/Tonka 1x33cl

La HOUBLONADE is our new creation to enjoy the aperitif even when you don't drink alcohol. We select different aromatic hops and infuse. We will play on the temperatures to extract a maximum of taste and the little bitterness kick that goes well. Then we add fruit and a herb or spice to send a maximum of kif. It fizzes, and it's alcohol and sugar free. That is the demand of the people ? For this recipe, we used SABRO hops: it releases notes of coconut and tropical fruits. To this we add a lime juice for freshness and an infusion of tonka bean for the gourmet side. All organic, of course. The whole gives a light, fresh and gourmet drink despite the total absence of sugar.
