Our Kerala Curry is inspired by traditional curry recipes developed by the inhabitants of Kerala in India. We created this blend after extensive discussions and meetings with local chefs during our trip to India. The result is an authentic Indian curry from the Kerala region. The difference between our Kerala curry and a Madras curry is simply the spices that make it up! Kerala curry will contain spices not present in a madras curry, notably cardamom or cinnamon.
