Our sweet paprika is obtained from the whole fruits of premium sweet paprika grown in the Szeged region of Hungary, the world capital of Paprika. They are harvested when ripe, then dried and ground whole by hand using a stone mill to obtain a delicious red powder of 160 ASTA. Our sweet paprika has sweet notes of red pepper, very fruity with a slight bitterness, sometimes even notes of tomato.
