Crushed green olives in Calabrian olive oil Gr 280

We produce our crushed olives directly on the Silano plateau, working them by hand and according to the Calabrian tradition. We only use selected and high quality raw materials but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural. To this we combine extra virgin olive oil and locally produced wine vinegar. Our olives are firm and crunchy, ideal for an appetizer or to be eaten throughout the meal, also ideal as a snack or aperitif. The olives are processed and pitted by hand so they may contain pieces of stone. Ingredients: Crushed green olives 85%, Extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), chilli pepper, garlic (contains sulphites), fennel and salt. Once opened, cover with oil and store in the fridge.
