Spicy chilli pate prepared with hot red chillies, which give the cream its classic fiery red colour, blended with a drop of vinegar and salt, in sunflower oil. Ideal for seasoning first and second courses, especially pasta with red sauce or meat second courses. Also used by gourmet restaurants to flavor fish. Natural product without preservatives.
