Artisanal Calabrian dried tomatoes - Made in Italy

Dried tomatoes in oil are the result of the drying process of freshly picked tomatoes produced in Calabria. The drying process of tomatoes is completely natural, it can take place in the open air. The dried tomato also has beneficial properties for the body, as well as being easily digestible, its skin is rich in vitamins that are important against skin aging. Our recipe derives from the self-production that still takes place in Calabria and which differs from the classic dried tomatoes because they are enriched with various spices such as garlic, parsley and oregano. All the processing of our sun-dried tomatoes takes place with completely natural techniques which involve harvesting, the first processing, drying and then the second processing and placing in jars.
