Susamelle with sugar or white chocolate. Susumelle, also known as pitte di San Martino, are one of the best desserts that are prepared in Calabria during the Christmas holidays. A biscuit paste, with a cinnamon flavour, made without butter and without eggs but only with honey and a little milk.
