Calabrian red wine Cirò Doc Deposit and Sicilians cl 75

The Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore "Vintage Edition" was the first wine produced by the Caparra & Siciliani winery way back in 1963. Re-proposed today in the vintage version, it evokes the past while thinking about the future. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Gaglioppo grapes and aged in oak barrels. Ideal with roasts, game and aged cheeses. It should be drunk at room temperature.
