Calabrian red wine Volvito Caparra and Sicilians cl 75

The vinification and aging techniques, while respecting the ancient traditions of CIRÒ, have been studied to offer the consumer a decidedly more original wine, both in terms of taste, but above all for the aromas which are more spicy, composite and long-lasting. The wine is aged in small ALLIER oak barrels. Suitable with cured meats, roasts, braised meats and game, it should be served at room temperature.
