“La Campofilone” fettuccine are suitable for any type of sauce, from the simplest to the most refined, both meat and vegetables.​ The yield of this pasta is very high: 60-65 grams per portion are enough, so 250 grams of pasta are 4 portions.​ Since the pasta is very thin, it can be cooked in a minute and a half in boiling water or in 2 minutes directly in the sauce, in a pan.​ Ingredients: only eggs and durum wheat semolina from our farm. Width 4 mm. Drying in 24-36 hours. Bronze extrusion and flaking. Dense and consistent consistency, delicate egg flavor.
