La Caravelle Verte is a family business, loving nature and travel. We want to share with you our knowledge of the different cultures of the world, as well as the benefits and uses of plants and spices, and of course take you on a journey with our flavors.
Our products come from Organic Farming or follow an equivalent approach, always respecting biodiversity and the environment. We are committed to a lasting partnership and an ethical approach with each of our producers. The Organic logo is not systematically affixed to our products by simple administrative choice.
Every year we go to meet them (2 farms in India and 5 producers in France) in order to select the plants and spices that we wish to offer.
We choose to primarily offer unground spices and plants (whole leaves, seeds, tubers, etc.) to preserve the aromas, flavors and benefits as much as possible. But also to help you rediscover them as they are harvested from plants or trees.
All our spices and plants are packaged by hand by Magalie, the creator of La Caravelle Verte. Spice blends are homemade compositions.
