Our Madras curry blend is made with spices from our Indian producers: turmeric, cumin, coriander, black pepper, chili, cardamom, cloves, fenugreek. This mixture can flavor a wide variety of meat and fish dishes, marinades, minced meat preparations, tomato sauces, soups. It goes very well with vegetables and rice.
