Organic Laurel - Leaves - 15g

Our Laurel is cultivated in France, in the Loire department. It has been gently picked up by hand and dried by a traditional process. It is a shrub with very aromatic leaves. It has a very characteristic flavor, bitter and slightly tart. It is attributed many virtues, including that of promoting digestion, and antiseptic and expectorant properties. Used alone or in a bouquet garni, it will flavor soups, stews, marinades and terrines.
