Colombo mix - 100g

Our Colombo blend is made up of spices from our French Indian producers: Turmeric, Cardamom, Fenugreek Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Coriander Seeds, Ginger, Mustard Seeds, Dried Red Pepper. It has a yellow color and a taste very similar to curry. Its flavor is sweeter and less spicy. It goes very well with white meats and white fish. It also perfumes rice and vegetables.
