Our gingerbread mix is made with spices from our Indian producers: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg. This blend has a blend of camphoric, sweet and tangy flavors. It is used in the preparation of gingerbread but also in various other cookie and cake recipes.
