Our Tandoori blend is made up of spices from our Indian and French producers: red pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, chili, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, black pepper. Tandoori is one of the essential spice blends in Indian cuisine. This mixture has a very rich and subtle taste which is particularly evident during cooking. It is not very spicy and very aromatic.
