Organic white pepper - Grains - Bulk - 500g

Our white pepper is cultivated in India, in the province of Wayanad, state of Kerala. It is obtained from very ripe picked berries, with the husks removed and then dried. It has a more subtle and less irritating flavor than black pepper. The piperine it contains helps improve digestion and reduce joint pain. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. In cooking, it pairs very well with poultry, fish, seafood and white sauces. It perfumes salads and dressings.
