Organic Jamaican Pepper - Berries - 30g

Our Jamaican pepper is cultivated in India, in the province of Wayanad, state of Kerala. It is not a pepper or a blend of spices, but a unique berry from the tree. It gives off a flavor of pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, hence its other name: allspice. It has digestive and antioxidant properties. It is widely used in fish and shellfish marinades, but also for barbecue meat marinades (Jamaican jerk cuisine).
