Organic long black pepper - Bulk - 500g

Our long black pepper is cultivated in India, in the province of Wayanad, state of Kerala. It comes from a bushy tree, harvested before maturity and dried in the sun. With a sweet, warm flavor reminiscent of cinnamon and licorice, it offers a spiciness equivalent to black peppercorns. The piperine it contains helps improve digestion and reduce joint pain. It perfumes very well traditional dishes such as pot-au-feu, beef bourguignon. It can be used in marinades. It can also be associated with red fruits.
