Organic long red pepper - 40g

Our long red pepper is grown in India, in the province of Wayanad, state of Kerala. It comes from a vine, harvested when ripe and dried under cover. With a sweet, warm and cocoa flavor, it offers a spiciness equivalent to peppercorns. The piperine it contains helps improve digestion and reduces joint pain. It stimulates the metabolism. It goes very well with chocolate or sauce dishes. It can also be associated with red fruits.
