Our green pepper is cultivated in India, in the province of Wayanad, state of Kerala. It is harvested before maturity and freeze-dried. This green pepper has a flavor very similar to fresh pepper. Its taste is fresh, very vegetal with a very subtle spiciness. The piperine it contains helps improve digestion and reduce joint pain. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. In cooking, it goes very well with poultry, and goes into the composition of cream-based sauces and terrines. It is appreciated in Thai cuisine.
