Rosemary Bio - Leaves and flowers - 50g

Our Rosemary is wild and has been harvested by hand in the Alpilles, France. It was then dried by a traditional process. Rosemary has a very camphoric scent with hints of eucalyptus. This smell has earned it the name of incense in Provençal, in reference to incense. It is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and it stimulates blood circulation. In cooking, it is used to flavor grills and vegetables. It goes well with lamb and can also be used in sweet cooking in jams and fruit compotes.
