I am Carla, founder of LA CARLETA, in love with good plant-based nutrition and good health. Natural and vegan cuisine caught my attention a few years ago and since then I have soaked up it by studying, reading and putting it into practice, to the point of completely changing my diet.
Some courses on vegetable alternatives to cheese caught my attention, so I did them. When I started making them, I was fascinated by their process, the love they need, the care, fermentation and the wonderful end result.
I decided that I wanted to dedicate myself to it. With the bases of the courses and my intuition in the kitchen, I began to improve them and create new vegan delicatessen of various flavors and tastes.
We are currently a well-known brand of vegetable alternatives to cheeses at the national level. We work every day to improve and create new delicacies of these to reach more and more people and be able to do our bit to help animals and the planet.
