We are saffron cultivators, at the Spanish Cold Triangle, the first Bio Saffron in Spain. We recover this traditional harvest in our village, with the the traditional and artisanal process, to guarrantee the highest quality of our special. The special climate conditions gives a high concentration to our saffron. Knowing the saffron benefits and characteristics, we have developed a variety gourmet products with saffron as: Chocolote, honney, olive oil, sea water, capsules, olive oil pearls, wild tea, chorizo.
