Located in La Souche, near Jaujac, in the middle of the Monts d’Ardèche Natural Park, the Confiturerie has been producing regional products since 1962.
It is in a preserved and natural setting that we manufacture simple products, respecting traditional recipes, without preservatives or artificial colorings. We select our producers for their proximity and the quality of their fruit.
The Pourette, Combal, Bouche rouge... chestnuts, whether organic or from sustainable agriculture, are brought directly to the Confiturerie and all come from Ardèche, the majority from the trees above us.
“Artisans and proud of it, we give paramount importance to the choice of our producers and partners. Whether organic or conventional, we favor farms in Ardèche and Drôme as much as possible.
We process the fruits as simply as possible, without additives, without chemical preservatives, without artificial colorings. Fruit, cane or French sugar, water collected from the neighboring mountains, these are the essential ingredients. We cook in cauldrons after refining the fruits. We seek simplicity in recipes.
Our motto: “the expression of fruit above all”.
