Our master pastry chef creates our delicious chestnut and olive aperitif biscuits at our biscuit factory in Prades, a stone's throw from the Confiturerie. We only use simple, quality products in order to preserve the flavor and authenticity of our recipes. Chestnut flour, butter and black olives are the main ingredients of these regional products.
