Aperitif biscuits Goat cheese and herbs of Provence

Our master pastry chef creates our delicious goat cheese and Provence herb aperitif biscuits at our biscuit factory in Prades, a stone's throw from the Confiturerie.   We only use simple, quality products in order to preserve the flavor and authenticity of our recipes. Flour, butter, milk, goat cheese from Gérentes and herbs from Provence, these are the essential ingredients of these regional products.
