Strawberry Jam with Basil

Our original recipes will make you discover exquisite combinations. Strawberries, basil, sugar from France and spring water from the Ardèche mountains, these are the main ingredients of our homemade jams. In order to preserve the authenticity of our recipes, we cook the fruit in traditional copper cauldrons. We process the fruits as simply as possible to preserve all their flavor.
