Mirabelle plums, sugar from France and spring water from the Ardèche mountains, these are the essential ingredients of our artisanal jams. In order to preserve the authenticity of our recipes, we cook the fruit in traditional copper cauldrons. We process the fruits as simply as possible to preserve all their flavor.
